A perfect evening snack with a cup of tea. Masala vada or paruppu vada is my kid's favorite vada like medhu vadai the masala vadai also pairs very well with sambar and chutney. Sambar and coconut chutneys are the standard accompaniments for medhu vadas. You can make vada with potatoes, Tapioca pearls, chickpea, and other varieties of legumes.
