Coconut Curry sauce a super easy one-pot curry that’s ready in less than 20 minutes and is layered with so many fabulous flavors!! This is a versatile, quick, and tasty flavorful sauce that can be enjoyed with Fried rice or  Noodles. Some Coconut milk brands are thinner than others. If this is the case your sauce will be watery. In that case, you can add some rice flour to thicken your sauce. Don't use Coconut cream in Thai Curries. do you know you can use sambar powder in this recipe? This sauce is my favorite side for fried rice. Here is a quick and easy DIY Curry powder recipe perfect for soups, stews, and curry dishes.   2 Tbsp - Ground Coriander 2 tbsp - Ground Cumin 1 1/2 tbsp - Turmeric Powder 2 tsp - Ground Ginger 1 tsp - Mustard powder 1/2 tsp - Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp - Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp - Ground Cardamom 1/2 tsp -  Red Chili powder   Add all spices to a mixing bowl, mix well and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
