Burmese foods have strong pungent flavors, they are not sweet, or sour,  or spicy like their neighboring counties. Atho, Mohinga, Ngapi, Tea leaf salad are some of Myanmar cuisines must-try foods. In this post, I am sharing my first Burmese recipe Mohinga soup. Mohinga soup is a fish-based soup. My recipe is made 1oo% plant-based. Yes, another Vegan recipe in my blog. To make this recipe I'm using an Instant Pot You can make this recipe in a pressure cooker or cook directly on stovetop / Range. This is a simple, easy, flavorful, healthy vegan, gluten-free, and oil-less recipe usually served with Atho noodles. This recipe is full of fiber and protein making it very nutritious. ** For those who live in cities where you can't get banana stem Substitute with Bamboo shoots or bamboo sprouts. Chickpea flour helps in binding all ingredients together.
