Apple halwa or Apple Fudge recipe is an interesting and popular Indian dessert recipe made with fresh apples, sugar or brown sugar, and a generous amount of ghee. Apple halwa recipe is very simple and easy to prepare and it is generally made as a premium dessert for celebrations feast or perhaps as festival dessert.   • 1/2 cup Ghee / Clarified Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Cashews
